I am Dae! a passionate self-taught artist from Colombia, 19 years old, born on March 16th under the sign of Pisces. My favorite color is green, which, according to the internet, 'reflects my vibrant personality'—truthfully, I'm not sureMy interests are as varied as my hyperfixations; if I were to talk about them, I might never finish. A couple would be animated series, Twitch, and currently, My Little Pony. Interestingly, anything related to animation captivates me, which is why I find myself in the third semester of my animation studies. However, I discovered that I'm better at watching it than creating it. (It turned out to be more challenging than I thought; I greatly admire animators!)A couple of years ago, they diagnosed my anxiety (which explained a lot). I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, loving to watch videos on the internet about artists and learning from them, even on other social media platforms. But with my disorder, doing what I loved became quite difficult. This is why it took me a long time to even upload a doodle to social media because the idea of having something online terrified me. What if people don't like it? Despite this, I finally ventured seriously into the art world at 17 as an independent artist. It was a challenging journey, as I cried almost daily, overwhelmed by the anguish of thinking I might not be good at it. But I decided to persevere, and so far, my journey has included meeting influential people whom I now consider my friends! It has also given me the opportunity to illustrate a successful young adult book for Planeta Editorial (The Kim’s Theory).Anxiety makes me quiet in real life, but that hasn't stopped me on my path. My silent perseverance is reflected in every stroke. My story as an artist continues to evolve, and I am excited about what the future holds in the fascinating world of illustration.(Chat gpt helped me write this lol)

1.1. Project Description: This contract pertains to the creation of digital illustrations for the client, including the agreed-upon number and type of illustrations to be delivered before the mutually agreed-upon date.2. Fees and Payments:
2.1. Fees: Illustration service fees are detailed in the specific section for each type of illustration under the "commissions" category.
2.2. Payments: A full payment is required at the initiation of the project.3. Intellectual Property Rights:
3.1. Copyright Ownership: The artist, Dae @kkoowii _, will retain the copyright of the illustrations, allowing the client to use them exclusively for specific personal use, e.g., promotion on social media. If the client requires commercial use of the commission, PLEASE communicate directly with the artist before placing an order.4. Review and Approval:
4.1. Revisions: Unlimited revisions are permitted during the commission process; however, additional revisions (changes) after the completion of the illustration will be subject to an agreed-upon additional fee. ( Unless I am responsible for the error)
4.2. Approval Process: The client must provide constant approvals to expedite the commission process.5. Delivery of Final Files:
5.1. Delivery Format: Final files will be delivered in JPEG and PSD formats via GMAIL.
5.2. Delivery Date: Illustrations are delivered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that if there are three people ahead of you who commissioned before you, your illustration might take longer. If you have urgency, discuss it with the artist!6. Project Cancellation:
6.1. Cancellation Conditions: In case of cancellation by the client, the artist will not apply a refund. Please be sure of your purchase.7. Confidentiality:
7.1. Confidentiality: Both parties can disclose project details. Once commissioned, the artist has permission to use your commission to promote their work. Don't worry; it will always have a watermark to make your commission unique!8. Client Responsibilities:
8.1. Client Expectations: The client commits to providing timely feedback and clarifications to ensure smooth progress. So please, the more details you provide about your commission, the better!9. Modifications to the Terms:
9.1. Modifications: Dae @kkoowii _ reserves the right to modify these terms and will notify the client of any changes.10. Limitation of Liability:
